Purpose of Role

The title of Designer is short and sweet, but involves wearing a whole rack of different hats. If you have a proven track record as a high-energy and creative designer, with a passion for events in their many shapes and formats, this role could be for you.

The events industry is changing, and the role of the Designer has become even more crucial in the delivery of evolving virtual and hybrid events. The coming year will be a time to innovate, implementing fresh approaches to events which push the industry forward. Our ideal Designer will be comfortable positioning themselves as a driving force in this process.

This role sits at the intersection of intensive, detail-oriented work and high output. The perfect candidate will thrive in this kind of environment, actively seeking ways to not only deliver on-brief but exceed all expectations.

Beyond seasoned technical skill you will be a natural leader and a strong communicator: someone who brings great ideas to the table and is able to manifest them into being with your own nous and motivational attitude. When you aren’t presenting your masterplan to a client, you’ll be nurturing your team and making sure they have all the guidance and resources they need to deliver. More than a job, you’ll have a keen interest in developments in the events industry, with an innate sense of upcoming trends and innovations – spurred by a desire to get out ahead of the pack with head-turning event design.

The Designer of our dreams will be our engine, possessing the drive and vision to move the events industry into the future.

If you’re feeling undaunted by the above and ready to take up the mantle, get in touch – we’d love to hear from you.

As we're receiving such a high number of applications, we are only able to contact successful candidates. If you're successful, we'll contact you within 10 working days of receiving your application.
