Live Group named on major government framework as event supplier

Live Group, the UK’s leading events and engagement agency, has been named on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6364 Media and Creative Services framework, opening a streamlined procurement route for public sector organisations seeking strategic events with integrated creative capabilities.
Live Group is named on Lot 6 – Events, which means it can deliver high-value strategic events for the public sector.
Through Lot 6, central government departments, local authorities, NHS organisations, educational institutions, charities, blue light services and devolved administrations have a compliant, efficient route to access Live Group’s award-winning events expertise.
Live Group brings a distinctive proposition to the public sector: the ability to deliver end-to-end creative strategy and production alongside core event services. Through Lot 6, public sector customers can access integrated capabilities without managing multiple supplier relationships or separate procurement exercises.
This streamlined approach means organisations can move from initial concept and creative development through to full event production with a single, accountable partner, reducing complexity and ensuring creative consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

The RM6364 Media and Creative Services framework replaces the previous RM6123 Media Services and RM6125 Campaign Solutions 2 agreements. Lot 6 is available from 15 January 2026 and runs until 14 January 2030, with a soft mobilisation period from January to March 2026. Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers
