With a diverse mix of attendees and a packed agenda, we crafted an event that catered to different learning styles, ensured smooth operations, and offered sponsors more visibility and engagement than ever before. The result? A conference that exceeded expectations, brought people together, and set the stage for GFF’s future success.

DYNAMIC DESIGN & CONTENT CURATION

To meet GFF’s vision, we added more workshops and reimagined the layout to captivate onsite and virtual audiences. Breakout spaces, a 360° plenary stage, and a dedicated studio brought the experience to life, while dynamic exhibition halls boosted flow, cut congestion, and kept delegates fully engaged.


REGISTRATION &

DELEGATE MANAGEMENT

To streamline the registration process, we implemented our advanced delegate management system. Collecting data early to manage workshop attendance and optimise space and resource allocation. With AudienceDNA, delegates could personalise their agendas and attend the workshops best suited to their needs. Additionally, pre-printed badges expedited on-site registration, minimising queues and enhancing the overall delegate experience. 


A signature design with impact

As part of our reimagining of the event layout, we incorporated the signature GFF hexagon booth, a design that has become a hallmark of the conference’s identity over the years. Strategically placed at the heart of the venue, offered prime visibility to key partners and celebrated GFF’s 40th anniversary. 


AUDIENCE engagement

& SPONSOR VISIBILITY

A networking reception was strategically placed at the centre of the exhibition hall, keeping delegates on-site, encouraging engagement with sponsor booths, and facilitating networking with fellow attendees – maximising sponsor exposure.
